Charlie Sell has become Winchester Round Table Chairman for 2023.
Charlie joined Winchester Round Table in 2016 and took the chair following our Annual General Meeting. Charlie paid tribute to outgoing Chairman Simon Baker, remarking that he plans to continue to focus on promoting the work Winchester Round Table does in the local community.
